“Boulevard” FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for THURSDAY 5/23/13

If you are scheduled for work on the Feature Film “Boulevard” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on WEDNESDAY 5/22/13.  –updated as of 8:28pm

 

**All times are subject to change so YOU absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE AGAIN BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK IN THE MORNING!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 10 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

- Look for the yellow signs with black arrows. Park as directed and follow signs to the Extras Holding area

- You will check in with Alyssa or someone from the AD Dept.

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that  you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

 

Wardrobe Instructions for EVERYONE: GENERAL RULES:

WE ARE NOT USING ANY STRIPES OR PLAID PATTERNS

NO LOGOS – SPORTS TEAMS, NIKE, PUMA, ADDIDAS ETC.

NO FLOURESCENT COLORS

NO BRIGHT RED, ORANGE, BLUE, YELLOW, GREEN

Toned down palette – NO bright whites, NO overly hot colors of red, pink, yellow, orange.

It would be great if people brought a light layer- windbreaker or sweater.  Women should have purses.

 

GOOD COLORS to have are: “EARTH TONES” – greys, navy blues, greens, browns, camel, eggplant, etc.

 

FEMALE TELLER & BANK EMPLOYEES: please wear your first choice and bring 3-4 additional complete changes of options to include: Business attire that you would wear to work in a bank. MEN-dress slacks, dress shirts, ties (NO bold prints, muted colors only), suits, sports coats, blazers, dress shoes, cardigans, etc. WOMEN-dress slacks, pencil skirts, conservative dresses, conservative blouses, pant suits, skirt suits, etc.)**MAKE SURE TO BRING THE SAME CLOTHES YOU WORE ON WEDNESDAY along with your other options!!

 

GRUMPY JOHN: please wear your first choice and bring 3-4 additional complete changes of options to include: Business attire that you would wear to work in a bank. BANK CUSTOMERS: please wear your first choice and bring 3-4 additional complete changes of clothing that you might wear to do your banking in.  Nicely dressed – bring a MIX of nice casual (jeans, tshirts (NO logos!), polo shirts, skirts, capri pants, etc.), business casual (nice jeans, blazers, slacks, blouses, etc.) to business professional (suits, ties, pant or skirt suits, dress slacks, dress shirts, nice conservative dresses, etc.)

 

Be sure to read and follow ALL wardrobe instructions given to the best of your ability.

 

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!!

Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

Please Report Rain or Shine to the set.   If it is raining, we will still report and wait until the rain stops to film.

WAITRESS: please follow clothing instructions for College Students

 

FRESHMAN KISSING COUPLE: please follow clothing instructions for College Students

 

COLLEGE FACULTY: please wear your first choice and bring 2-4 additional complete changes of clothing that a Professor might wear at a private University. Nicely dressed – bring a mix of business casual (nice jeans, blazers, slacks, blouses, etc.) to business professional (suits, ties, pant or skirt suits, dress slacks, dress shirts, nice conservative dresses, etc.)  Please bring a satchel or casual briefcase if you have one.

 

COLLEGE STUDENTS: please wear your first choice and bring 2-4 additional complete changes of clothing you might wear as a student at a private University. Nicely dressed but nice casual (NO sweatpants, cutoffs, etc!!!). If you are scheduled for work on the Feature Film “Enemy Way” – Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES & BOOKING DETAILS for work on TUESDAY 5/14/13

 

All times are subject to change so YOU absolutely MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE  AGAIN BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK IN THE MORNING!! Make sure to REFRESH your browser!! We are not responsible if you show up too early or too late because you did not double check for you FINAL confirmed Call Time!! CHECK BACK!!!**

 

If you were booked – you are already CONFIRMED so you are expected to show up!!! You are also expected to be available to stay on set and work for a MINIMUM of 10 hours from your call time. Occasionally it may be less than that but you should not expect to or ask to leave earlier than you are wrapped!! Doing so will be cause for not being booked in the future.

 

**PLEASE post your first & last name at the end of this post so that we know you picked up your details and know your Final Call Time, location and wardrobe information. We are not overbooked at all so are counting on you 100% to show up on time!!

 

Filming will take place rain, shine, wind, snow or freeze – regardless of the weather or early call time you are expected to be at work on set!!!

08:30am – SHERIFF DEPUTIES, PRISONERS, STATE PENITENTIARY GUARDS

 

REPORT to Base Camp/Crew Parking located at:

918 Central Ave. SW

Albuquerque, NM 87102

 

**Please visit google maps or mapquest BEFORE you leave your house and PRINT directions to take with you or use a GPS!!!

- Look for the yellow signs with EW black lettering. Park as directed and follow signs to the Extras Holding area

- You will check in with Matt or someone from the AD Dept.

*make sure to arrive in enough time to park so that you arrive at the check-in area at your call time! If you are just pulling in to the parking lot at your call time, you WILL be late! You should arrive between 10-15 minutes early! Be sure to take your ID and all of your wardrobe with you to the Extras Holding/Check-in area.

 

Wardrobe Instructions: GENERAL RULES:

WE ARE NOT USING ANY STRIPES OR PLAID PATTERNS

NO LOGOS – SPORTS TEAMS, NIKE, PUMA, ADDIDAS ETC

NO FLOURESCENT COLORS

NO BRIGHT RED, ORANGE, BLUE, YELLOW, GREEN

Toned down palette – NO bright whites, NO overly hot colors of red, pink, yellow, orange.

 

SHERIFF DEPUTIES: please wear black socks, black shoes or work boots, black belt and a white or grey undershirt

 

STATE PENITENTIARY GUARDS: please come in your regular Prison uniform

 

PRISONERS: please wear casual clothing that is not new or fancy. You should look run down and like trouble. BRING OPTIONS of casual tough guy/gang/bad guy clothing. NO LOGOS!!!

 

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!!

Remember if you are booked as a PAID EXTRA – you need to be available and on set for a MINIMUM of approx. 12–13 consecutive hours from your start time (ADULTS ONLY – MINORS under 18 can only work between 8-10 hours depending on their age). Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

Please Report Rain or Shine to the set.   If it is raining, we will still report and wait until the rain stops to film.

PAYROLL INFORMATION (for the PAID BOOKED EXTRAS ONLY!):

Bring your driver’s license and know your social security number so we can complete paperwork to pay you. YOU MUST HAVE A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER TO WORK WITH US ON SET and a VALID (non-expired) PHOTO ID (Drivers LIcense or Passport)~~

Bring a black or blue ink pen with you to complete your voucher

General Guidelines

·      We do not recommend that you bring any expensive or valuable item.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

·      Please let us know immediately if your schedule changes and you become unavailable – so that we have time to replace you.

·      Please do not approach the actors.  They are working.  Pictures or video from cell phones are strictly prohibited.  Taking a picture or video on set are grounds for immediate dismissal and will not be tolerated.  Do not bring cameras of any kind to the set.

-       Do not bring anyone with you that was not hired by Extras Casting or who has not registered as a Volunteer. Only minors are allowed to bring ONE parent or guardian. Absolutely NO family or friends who aren’t booked in advance can come to set with you!

Background Actors’ Rules regarding Photos and Press

·      Please remember that all unauthorized on-set photography is forbidden (including from cell phones).

·      Background actors may not blog or tweet about their experiences on set.

·      If a journalist approaches you about your work on the film, please contact the casting office, before you provide any information about the show or your participation in it.
