–We are still short on Football Fans!! If you have a friend or family member who is 18 or older and can stay to work with you ALL night – PLEASE BRING THEM!!!–

**YOU MUST READ THIS ENTIRE PAGE AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS! To make sure you do not miss anything important!!!!! If you are booked for work, please leave a confirmation post at the end of this message so that we know you picked up your work details. If you were booked – your booking is already confirmed, this is just so we know you got your details!

**ALL CALL TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, SO YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK – TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT TIME!!!! If you are late there is a chance that you MAY be sent home so please be 10-15 minutes early for your start time! Please do NOT just be pulling into the parking lot at your call time or you WILL be late and we reserve the right to turn you away without pay!

YOU MUST HAVE A PHOTO ID (Drivers License, Passport, Military ID, School ID –minors can have a School ID, School Report Card, or Hospital Record) AND YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CARD (Number) -or- a US PASSPORT IN ORDER TO work and be paid!! If you do not have a photo ID and know your social security number you will not be allowed to work. NO expired identification!!

SUGGESTION: BRING A WATER BOTTLE WITH YOU AND STAY HYDRATED. If you have special dietary needs, please bring what you might need during the day. Bring a book to read, a deck of cards or something to do during times when you are not filming.  Bring or wear sunscreen!!

WARDROBE is as follows (Please read ALL instructions listed below and do the best you can to bring what is being requested!!!): **YOU MUST BRING SEVERAL OPTIONS OF CLOTHING AS DESCRIBED BELOW!~~PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EMPTY HANDED OR WITHOUT OPTIONS!!! GENERAL GUIDELINES: (NO LOGOS or Name Brands!! NO FLIPFLOPS!!)

Everyone should always wear your best (favorite) choice of specified wardrobe to set and make sure to bring 2-3 additional COMPLETE head to toe changes with you in a suitcase, garment bag, grocery sack, etc. Remember all layers and accessories that go with your outfits (shoes, jewelry, purses, belts, etc.) You are playing a character so please do the best you can to have fun with the clothing descriptions and look the part!! Please just do the best you can to bring options as close as possible to what is being requested.

ALL WARDROBE SHOULD BE CLEAN, PRESSED and ON HANGERS (preferably). PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN EXTRAS CHANGING as wardrobe will NOT hold your personal items for you. PLEASE LEAVE ALL VALUABLES AT HOME OR RETURN THEM TO YOUR VEHICLE. Production cannot be held responsible for personal items lost, stolen or damaged on set.

Please do not wear perfumes. Please DO wear antiperspirant or deodorant though!

 SPECIFIC WARDROBE BY ROLE:

Thanks for coming to help us make this project possible.  We would love for you to bring us at least 3 choices of clothes.   When filming football games it would be great for you to bring the schools colors to wear… 

 

Please bring ALL COLORS with you when you work: red/white, royal/white, dk green/gold, orange, purple/white.  If you don’t have options for these colors, please bring a neutral option (grey/tan)

 

As the weather changes please bring your own foul weather gear i.e. jackets, coats, umbrellas and rain boots.  Remember sometimes you will have to take them off and stash them.  Other times we will ask you to put on more to demonstrate the season.  When appropriate wear long underwear.  Wear comfortable shoes – you will be in them all day.

Do not bring valuables with you.  Lock them in your car.

 

COACHES/TRAINERS

**Please bring khaki pants and no logo athletic shoes or dark shoes.  Trainers may also bring black or dark grey no logo athletic pants.  If you have a dark green jacket or windbreaker, bring that as well!

GUARDS

** Please bring/wear black or grey jeans or cargos, black/grey  tshirt, black/grey  polo, black sox, black shoes – sneakers or black hi top/hi tech lace up boots.  Solid black please no edge trim.  If you have a solid black or grey long sleeve tshirt or jacket/coat, please bring that too!

 

 

PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEOGRAPHERS

** Muted color polos and dockers or cargo pants.  If you have a vest or something you think would be appropriate – please bring it.

 

CHEERLEADERS

** Please wear the appropriate base layer/sportsbra to be worn with a cheerleading uniform.   Bring white sox low cut and white lace up shoes.

 

7 DEUCE GANGSTERS

**Bring 3 complete outfit options (URBAN STREETWEAR)- top, pants, shoes, jacket in muted colors (greys, olives, etc.)  Hats, bandanas, jewelry, etc. are great too. NO LOGOS PLEASE

 

FOOTBALL FANS

**THIS GAME IS SET IN COOL WEATHER.  YOU MUST BRING LONG SLEEVES AND LONG PANTS AS OPTIONS. NO SHORT SLEEVES OR SHORTS!!!

Please bring dark green and gold options..  Please bring 3 choices, no logos .  Solid colors are better.  Comfortable shoes.  Wear a base layer like a tshirt or camisole in a neutral color that you can change overlayers easily in the stands. LONG SLEEVES, LONG PANTS, LIGHT JACKETS PLEASE! NO SHORT SLEEVES OR SHORTS!

**Bring a variety of color cover- reds, blues, dk and light grey, black, greens, white etc. with you every time you work.

 

FAITH DRUM LINE with instruments

** Bring/wear blue jeans.  Please no holes, bling or baggy pants. Shoes suitable for the field with least amount of logos or colors.

 

BAND MEMBERS

**Please come to set wearing not carrying the following:

T shirt comfortable enough to wear under band uniform

Soft gym type shorts to wear under uniform and able to try on pants in group setting

SIDELINE FOOTBALL PLAYERS

**If you have it, you can bring black or white compression tops if long sleeve, any color if they are short sleeve since they won’t be seen and any color compression shorts. If you have football shoes, bring them.

 

**RULES TO REMEMBER:

-DO NOT bring friends or family who are not booked to work with you to set. This is a closed set and guests/visitors are NOT allowed! You and your guest will be sent home without working if you bring someone to work with you.

-Leave your pets at home, they are not allowed on set and can NOT be left in your car! DO NOT LEAVE PETS IN YOUR CAR!!!

-Please DO NOT bring valuables (cameras, large sums of money, expensive jewelry, etc). to set with you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen valuables, they are your responsibility.

-Absolutely NO CAMERAS or Video Equipment!! You WILL be sent home if you are caught with a camera/video camera on set. This is a CLOSED SET at all times and photography is strictly prohibited!!

-Please don’t approach the actors to ask for autographs. It disrupts their work day and could get you kicked off set.

 

 

-Be sure to show up on time

-Please DO NOT cancel at the last minute or simply not show up – you are hired to do a job and we count on you being responsible so that we can do our job properly. You are an important part of this scene today which is why we have hired you and if you don’t show up, it cause problems for the entire production and could cause you to not be hired again in the future for this or any On Location Casting project.

-Leave your pets at home, they are not allowed on set and can NOT be left in your car! DO NOT LEAVE PETS IN YOUR CAR!!!

-Please DO NOT bring valuables (cameras, large sums of money, expensive jewelry, etc). to set with you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen valuables, they are your responsibility.

-Absolutely NO CAMERAS or Video Equipment!! You WILL be sent home if you are caught with a camera/video camera on set. This is a CLOSED SET at all times and photography is strictly prohibited!!

-Please don’t approach the actors to ask for autographs. It disrupts their work day and could get you kicked off set.

 

 

-Be sure to show up on time

-Please DO NOT cancel at the last minute or simply not show up – you are hired to do a job and we count on you being responsible so that we can do our job properly. You are an important part of this scene today which is why we have hired you and if you don’t show up, it cause problems for the entire production and could cause you to not be hired again in the future for this or any On Location Casting project.

Here are your FINAL CALL TIMES for work on the ABC Television series “Nashville” on FRIDAY 10/19/12

!!Filming WILL take place rain or shine – regardless of the weather, so you are expected to show up if you were booked!! If it looks like bad weather, be sure to bring appropriate clothing and weather protection.

Everyone MUST report to set “camera-ready” with your hair & makeup (ladies ONLY) already done and ready to work. You will not have time to get ready once you arrive on set.

Wardrobe Instructions: Our wardrobe department has created a blog that will post the exact wardrobe they would like you to bring with you on the day you work. Make sure to double check that you are looking at the right DAY as well as your CATEGORY.  You will be checking details for Pedestrians/Background.

Everyone should come wearing your favorite 1st outfit and bring 2-3 other complete changes! If you look in your closet and say “ I don’t know if this is what they want me to wear” bring it with you and the Costume Dept. will make the final decision for you.

EVERYONE MUST COME HAIR & MAKEUP READY as appropriate for your specific character type!!!! Please DO NOT show up with wet, unstyled hair – Makeup should not be outlandish or overdone.  Men – facial hair must either be clean-shaven or very neat & tidy – well groomed.
