**YOU MUST READ THIS ENTIRE PAGE AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS! To make sure you do not miss anything important!!!!! If you are booked for work, please leave a confirmation post at the end of this message so that we know you picked up your work details. If you were booked – your booking is already confirmed, this is just so we know you got your details!

**ALL CALL TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, SO YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK – TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT TIME!!!! If you are late there is a chance that you MAY be sent home so please be 10-15 minutes early for your start time! Please do NOT just be pulling into the parking lot at your call time or you WILL be late and we reserve the right to turn you away without pay!

YOU MUST HAVE A PHOTO ID (Drivers License, Passport, Military ID, School ID –minors can have a School ID, School Report Card, or Hospital Record) AND YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CARD (Number) -or- a US PASSPORT IN ORDER TO work and be paid!! If you do not have a photo ID and know your social security number you will not be allowed to work. NO expired identification!!

SUGGESTION: BRING A WATER BOTTLE WITH YOU AND STAY HYDRATED. If you have special dietary needs, please bring what you might need during the day. Bring a book to read, a deck of cards or something to do during times when you are not filming.  Bring or wear sunscreen!!

WARDROBE is as follows (Please read ALL instructions listed below and do the best you can to bring what is being requested!!!): **YOU MUST BRING SEVERAL OPTIONS OF CLOTHING AS DESCRIBED BELOW!~~PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EMPTY HANDED OR WITHOUT OPTIONS!!! GENERAL GUIDELINES: (NO LOGOS or Name Brands!! NO FLIPFLOPS!!)

Everyone should always wear your best (favorite) choice of specified wardrobe to set and make sure to bring 2-3 additional COMPLETE head to toe changes with you in a suitcase, garment bag, grocery sack, etc. Remember all layers and accessories that go with your outfits (shoes, jewelry, purses, belts, etc.) You are playing a character so please do the best you can to have fun with the clothing descriptions and look the part!! Please just do the best you can to bring options as close as possible to what is being requested.

ALL WARDROBE SHOULD BE CLEAN, PRESSED and ON HANGERS (preferably). PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN EXTRAS CHANGING as wardrobe will NOT hold your personal items for you. **Bring a variety of color cover- reds, blues, dk and light grey, black, greens, white etc. with you every time you work.

 

**RULES TO REMEMBER:

-DO NOT bring friends or family who are not booked to work with you to set. This is a closed set and guests/visitors are NOT allowed! You and your guest will be sent home without working if you bring someone to work with you.

-Leave your pets at home, they are not allowed on set and can NOT be left in your car! DO NOT LEAVE PETS IN YOUR CAR!!!

-Please DO NOT bring valuables (cameras, large sums of money, expensive jewelry, etc). to set with you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen valuables, they are your responsibility.

-Absolutely NO CAMERAS or Video Equipment!! You WILL be sent home if you are caught with a camera/video camera on set. This is a CLOSED SET at all times and photography is strictly prohibited!!

-Please don’t approach the actors to ask for autographs. It disrupts their work day and could get you kicked off set.

 

 

-Be sure to show up on time

-Please DO NOT cancel at the last minute or simply not show up – you are hired to do a job and we count on you being responsible so that we can do our job properly. You are an important part of this scene today which is why we have hired you and if you don’t show up, it cause problems for the entire production and could cause you to not be hired again in the future for this or any On Location Casting project.

**If you have it, you can bring black or white compression tops if long sleeve, any color if they are short sleeve since they won’t be seen and any color compression shorts. If you have football shoes, bring them.

**Please visit google maps or mapquest.com to get specific directions to this location from your house. Print directions or a map BEFORE you leave your house for the day/night!! We will not be able to help you with directions once you are on your way to set because we will already be there checking in other extras. Use your GPS or print a map from home before you leave for work!!

- Look for ONE HEART signs and Park as directed in Crew/Extras Parking.

- You will check in with someone from the AD Dept.

**MAKE SURE YOU TAKE ALL OF YOUR WARDROBE CHOICES and your ID with you when you walk to the check-in area!!

WARDROBE is as follows (Please read ALL instructions listed below and do the best you can to bring what is being requested!!!): **YOU MUST BRING SEVERAL OPTIONS OF CLOTHING AS DESCRIBED BELOW!~~PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EMPTY HANDED OR WITHOUT OPTIONS!!! GENERAL GUIDELINES: (NO LOGOS or Name Brands!! NO FLIPFLOPS!!)

Everyone should always wear your best (favorite) choice of specified wardrobe to set and make sure to bring 2-3 additional COMPLETE head to toe changes with you in a suitcase, garment bag, grocery sack, etc. Remember all layers and accessories that go with your outfits (shoes, jewelry, purses, belts, etc.) You are playing a character so please do the best you can to have fun with the clothing descriptions and look the part!! Please just do the best you can to bring options as close as possible to what is being requested.

ALL WARDROBE SHOULD BE CLEAN, PRESSED and ON HANGERS (preferably). PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN EXTRAS CHANGING as wardrobe will NOT hold your personal items for you. PLEASE LEAVE ALL VALUABLES AT HOME OR RETURN THEM TO YOUR VEHICLE. Production cannot be held responsible for personal items lost, stolen or damaged on set.

Please do not wear perfumes. Please DO wear antiperspirant or deodorant though!

THIS GAME IS SET IN NOVEMBER—VERY COLD- EVERYONE NEEDS TO BRING JACKETS, COATS, LONG SLEEVES. NO SHORT PANTS OR SHORT SLEEVES FOR THIS GAME!
Thanks for coming to help us make this project possible! We would love for you to bring us at least 3 choices of clothes.   When filming football games it would be great for you to bring the schools colors to wear.  That will be determinate on the day you work. Please no logos on any of the items you bring. Wear comfortable shoes – you will be in them all day.
PARKING ATTENDANTS
Please bring at least 3 top to bottom outfit options…Muted colors- grey, navy, black, etc for top and bottom.  One option may be grey/black jeans.  Cargos are good too!  THIS GAME IS VERY COLD! BRRRRRR!  YOU MUST BRING LONG SLEEVES- NO SHORTS OR SHORT SLEEVES.  Bring a coat or jacket in dark/muted color.  Long sleeve t-shirts, solid sweatshirts, sweaters are great top options!  If you have a hat, scarf, gloves, bring those too!!  Wear dark lace up shoes. NO LOGOS!  If you have a red long sleeve shirt or jacket (no logos) you may bring those as one of your top options.

POLICE OFFICERS
Please come wearing not carrying black crew t (long sleeve preferred), white crew t (long sleeve preferred), black socks, black uniform style belt, black lace up shoes or boots.  If you have any of the following, please bring as well:
-dark navy police pants or BDUs
-dark navy or black no logo fleece jacket or police style jacket
ALL WHO WERE HERE WEDNESDAY 10.17.12, THURSDAY 10.18.12, OR MONDAY 10.21.2012-
**We are matching those day’s work…this means you should wear the same things you wore on those days. Please bring both your red and black options.  If you did not wear long sleeves, please wear them tonight!  This game is set in November. BRRRRRRR!

**If costumes gave you a wardrobe piece (jacket, tshirt,pants, etc) please bring something from your personal wardrobe that’s close to what we gave you.  If you don’t have anything similar, bring something with long sleeves (tshirt you can layer,jackets, sweaters, coats)  If you don’t have red/white or black, bring a neutral color (tan or grey).  You must bring long sleeves and long pants.  Don’t forget your accessories- hats, gloves,scarves, stadium blankets…

**Please bring red/white and black options.  Please bring 3 choices for each color.  THIS GAME IS SET IN NOVEMBER. YOU MUST BRING LONG SLEEVES AND LONG PANTS.  NO SHORT SLEEVES OR SHORTS PERMITTED.  Coats, jackets, hats, gloves, scarves are great!  Please wear a shirt/camisole underneath your clothes so you can change in the stands without leaving your seat.  Please bring all clothing options from your vehicle with you when you check in so wardrobe can approve you.

 

TORNADO MASCOT, CHEERLEADERS, COACHES, TRAINERS, DRUMLINE, PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEOGRAPHERS, TORNADO COACH, TORNADO TRAINER, ND GUARDS, ANNOUNCER TYPES
**Please wear the same clothes you wore Monday.

STAND INS
**Bring a variety of color cover- reds, blues, dk and light grey, black, greens,white etc. with you every time you work.

 

FAITH DRUM LINE

** Bring/wear blue jeans.  Please no holes, bling or baggy pants. Shoes suitable for the field with least amount of logos or colors.

SIDELINE FOOTBALL PLAYERS

**If you have it, you can bring black or white compression tops if long sleeve, any color if they are short sleeve since they won’t be seen and any color compression shorts. If you have football shoes, bring them.

As the weather changes please bring your own foul weather gear i.e. jackets, coats, umbrellas and rain boots.  Remember sometimes you will have to take them off and stash them. Other times we will ask you to put on more to demonstrate the season.  When appropriate wear long underwear.  Wear comfortable shoes – you will be in them all day.  Please bring your own camera appropriate warming jacket.  Wardrobe does not provide warming coats/jackets/sweatshirts to BG

Do not bring valuables with you.  Lock them in your car.

**RULES TO REMEMBER:

-DO NOT bring friends or family who are not booked to work with you to set. This is a closed set and guests/visitors are NOT allowed! You and your guest will be sent home without working if you bring someone to work with you.

-Leave your pets at home, they are not allowed on set and can NOT be left in your car! DO NOT LEAVE PETS IN YOUR CAR!!!

-Please DO NOT bring valuables (cameras, large sums of money, expensive jewelry, etc). to set with you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen valuables, they are your responsibility.

-Absolutely NO CAMERAS or Video Equipment!! You WILL be sent home if you are caught with a camera/video camera on set. This is a CLOSED SET at all times and photography is strictly prohibited!!

-Please don’t approach the actors to ask for autographs. It disrupts their work day and could get you kicked off set.

 

 

-Be sure to show up on time

-Please DO NOT cancel at the last minute or simply not show up – you are hired to do a job and we count on you being responsible so that we can do our job properly. You are an important part of this scene today which is why we have hired you and if you don’t show up, it cause problems for the entire production and could cause you to not be hired again in the future for this or any On Location Casting project.
