Wardrobe Instructions: Our wardrobe department has created a blog that will post the exact wardrobe they would like you to bring with you on the day you work. Make sure to double check that you are looking at the right DAY as well as your CATEGORY.

WE ARE STILL IN NEED OF FANS TONIGHT – Please bring FAMILY and FRIENDS (18 and Over) and spend Halloween with One Heart!!

**YOU MUST READ THIS ENTIRE PAGE AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS! To make sure you do not miss anything important!!!!! If you are booked for work, please leave a confirmation post at the end of this message so that we know you picked up your work details. If you were booked – your booking is already confirmed, this is just so we know you got your details!

 

**ALL CALL TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, SO YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK – TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT TIME!!!! If you are late there is a chance that you MAY be sent home so please be 10-15 minutes early for your start time! Please do NOT just be pulling into the parking lot at your call time or you WILL be late and we reserve the right to turn you away without pay!

 

!!Filming WILL take place rain or shine – regardless of the weather, so you are expected to show up if you were booked!! If it looks like bad weather, be sure to bring appropriate clothing and weather protection.

 

Everyone MUST report to set “camera-ready” with your hair & makeup (ladies ONLY) already done and ready to work. You will not have time to get ready once you arrive on set.

 

EVERYONE WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A COMPLETE I-9 FORM ATTACHED TO YOUR PAY VOUCHER. YOU MUST HAVE A PHOTO ID (Drivers License, Passport, Military ID, School ID –minors can have a School ID, School Report Card, or Hospital Record) AND YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CARD (Number) -or- a US PASSPORT IN ORDER TO work and be paid!! If you do not have a photo ID and know your social security number you will not be allowed to work. NO expired identification!!

 

SUGGESTION: BRING A WATER BOTTLE WITH YOU AND STAY HYDRATED. If you have special dietary needs, please bring what you might need during the day. Bring a book to read, a deck of cards or something to do during times when you are not filming.  Bring or wear sunscreen!!

WARDROBE is as follows (Please read ALL instructions listed below and do the best you can to bring what is being requested!!!): **YOU MUST BRING SEVERAL OPTIONS OF CLOTHING AS DESCRIBED BELOW!~~PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EMPTY HANDED OR WITHOUT OPTIONS!!! GENERAL GUIDELINES: (NO LOGOS or Name Brands!! NO FLIPFLOPS!!)

As the weather changes please bring your own foul weather gear i.e. jackets, coats, umbrellas and rain boots. Remember sometimes you will have to take them off and stash them.  Wardrobe does not provide warming coats for background.  Other times we will ask you to put on more to demonstrate the season.  When appropriate wear long underwear.  Wear comfortable shoes – you will be in them all day.

 

Do not bring valuables with you.  Lock them in your car.

**Please bring khaki or navy pants and no logo athletic shoes or dark shoes.  You  may also bring black or dark grey no logo athletic pants. Also, please bring long sleeve white, light grey, or black tshirt or turtleneck to wear under your costume.  If you worked Tuesday 10.23.12 as a Newman coach/trainer, please bring your same clothes in addition to above.  We are matching that day’s work.

GUARDS

**Please bring/wear black or grey jeans or cargos, blk/grey long sleeve tshirt, blk/gry polo, blk socks, black lace up shoes or boots.  Solid black baseball cap.  Solid black please, no edge trim.  If you have a solid black or grey jacket or coat, please bring that as well!

 

CHEERLEADERS

** Please wear the appropriate base layer/sportsbra to be worn with a cheerleading uniform.   Bring white sox low cut and white lace up shoes.

 

CAMERAMAN PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEOGRAPHERS

** Muted color polos and dockers or cargo pants.  If you have a vest or something you think would be appropriate – please bring it.

 

 

DRUMLINE

** Bring/wear blue jeans.  Please no holes, bling or baggy pants. Shoes suitable for the field with least amount of logos or colors.

**Please bring what you wore on Tuesday 10.23.12.  We are matching that scene, so you must be in the same wardrobe!

 

STAND INS

**Bring a variety of color cover- reds, blues, dk and light grey, black, greens, white etc. with you every time you work.

 

 

FANS IN THE STANDS

**you should always bring ALL TEAM COLORS WITH YOU.  Keep them in your car!! Team colors are: DARK GREEN, RED, ORANGE, BLACK, PURPLE, ROYAL BLUE. (If you don’t have a specific color, bring a neutral option it its place.)

**THESE GAMES ARE SET IN COOL WEATHER.  YOU MUST BRING LONG SLEEVES AND LONG PANTS AS OPTIONS. NO SHORT SLEEVES OR SHORTS!!!

Please bring dark green and red options.  Please bring at least 4 green choices, 3 red choices no logos.  Solid colors are better.  Comfortable shoes.  Wear a base layer like a tshirt or camisole in a neutral color that you can change overlayers easily in the stands. LONG SLEEVES, LONG PANTS, LIGHT JACKETS PLEASE! NO SHORT SLEEVES OR SHORTS!

 

SIDELINE FOOTBALL PLAYERS

**If you have it, you can bring black or white compression tops if long sleeve, any color if they are short sleeve since they won’t be seen and any color compression shorts. If you have football shoes, bring them.

 

**RULES TO REMEMBER:

-Leave your pets at home, they are not allowed on set and can NOT be left in your car! DO NOT LEAVE PETS IN YOUR CAR!!!

-Please DO NOT bring valuables (cameras, large sums of money, expensive jewelry, etc). to set with you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen valuables, they are your responsibility.

-Absolutely NO CAMERAS or Video Equipment!! You WILL be sent home if you are caught with a camera/video camera on set. This is a CLOSED SET at all times and photography is strictly prohibited!!

-Please don’t approach the actors to ask for autographs. It disrupts their work day and could get you kicked off set.

-Be sure to show up on time

-Please DO NOT cancel at the last minute or simply not show up – you are hired to do a job and we count on you being responsible so that we can do our job properly. You are an important part of this scene today which is why we have hired you and if you don’t show up, it cause problems for the entire production and could cause you to not be hired again in the future for this or any On Location Casting project.

Everyone MUST report to set “camera-ready” with your hair & makeup (ladies ONLY) already done and ready to work. You will not have time to get ready once you arrive on set.

 

EVERYONE WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A COMPLETE I-9 FORM ATTACHED TO YOUR PAY VOUCHER. YOU MUST HAVE A PHOTO ID (Drivers License, Passport, Military ID, School ID –minors can have a School ID, School Report Card, or Hospital Record) AND YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CARD (Number) -or- a US PASSPORT IN ORDER TO work and be paid!! If you do not have a photo ID and know your social security number you will not be allowed to work. NO expired identification!!

 

SUGGESTION: BRING A WATER BOTTLE WITH YOU AND STAY HYDRATED. If you have special dietary needs, please bring what you might need during the day. Bring a book to read, a deck of cards or something to do during times when you are not filming.  Bring or wear sunscreen!!

WARDROBE is as follows (Please read ALL instructions listed below and do the best you can to bring what is being requested!!!): **YOU MUST BRING SEVERAL OPTIONS OF CLOTHING AS DESCRIBED BELOW!~~PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EMPTY HANDED OR WITHOUT OPTIONS!!! GENERAL GUIDELINES: (NO LOGOS or Name Brands!! NO FLIPFLOPS!!)

Everyone should always wear your best (favorite) choice of specified wardrobe to set and make sure to bring 2-3 additional COMPLETE head to toe changes with you in a suitcase, garment bag, grocery sack, etc. Remember all layers and accessories that go with your outfits (shoes, jewelry, purses, belts, etc.) You are playing a character so please do the best you can to have fun with the clothing descriptions and look the part!! Please just do the best you can to bring options as close as possible to what is being requested.

ALL WARDROBE SHOULD BE CLEAN, PRESSED and ON HANGERS (preferably). PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN EXTRAS CHANGING as wardrobe will NOT hold your personal items for you. PLEASE LEAVE ALL VALUABLES AT HOME OR RETURN THEM TO YOUR VEHICLE. Production cannot be held responsible for personal items lost, stolen or damaged on set.

Please do not wear perfumes. Please DO wear antiperspirant or deodorant though!

Thanks for coming to help us make this project possible. We would love for you to bring us at least 3 choices of clothes. When filming football games it would be great for you to bring the schools colors to wear…

As the weather changes please bring your own foul weather gear i.e. jackets, coats, umbrellas and rain boots. Remember sometimes you will have to take them off and stash them. Wardrobe does not provide warming coats for background. Other times we will ask you to put on more to demonstrate the season. When appropriate wear long underwear. Wear comfortable shoes – you will be in them all day.

Do not bring valuables with you. Lock them in your car.

COACHES/ASST. COACHES/TRAINERS

**Please bring khaki or navy pants and no logo athletic shoes or dark shoes. You may also bring black or dark grey no logo athletic pants. For Trinity coaches/trainers, please bring long sleeve white, light grey, or royal shirt to wear under your costume, and a royal blue or dark colored jacket for over your costume.

CHEERLEADERS

** Please wear the appropriate base layer/sportsbra to be worn with a cheerleading uniform. Bring white sox low cut and white lace up shoes.

NEWS REPORTER

** Please wear or bring shirt tie nice slacks and sportcoat. No polos please. Suits OK

CAMERAMAN, PHOTOGRAPHERS/VIDEOGRAPHERS

** Muted color polos and dockers or cargo pants. If you have a vest or something you think would be appropriate – please bring it.

FAITH DRUMLINE

** Bring/wear blue jeans. Please no holes, bling or baggy pants. Shoes suitable for the field with least amount of logos or colors.

FAITH BALL BOYS/GIRLS

Please wear red and white, with a warm layer. This is a very cold game.

STAND INS

**Bring a variety of color cover- reds, blues, dk and light grey, black, greens, white etc. with you every time you work.

SIDELINE FOOTBALL PLAYERS

**If you have it, you can bring black or white compression tops if long sleeve, any color if they are short sleeve since they won’t be seen and any color compression shorts. If you have football shoes, bring them.

FOOTBALL FANS

THIS GAME IS IN VERY COLD WEATHER! YOU MUST BRING A COAT AND LONG SLEEVES! ABSOLUTELY NO SHORTS OR SHORT SLEEVES, YOU WILL NOT BE APPROVED BY WARDROBE!!!!

** Bring 3 royal blue/white options and 3 red options. If you do not have these colors, bring neutral options (grey/navy/tan etc.) No logos . Solid colors are better. Comfortable shoes. Wear a base layer like a tshirt or camisole in a neutral color that you can change overlayers easily in the stands. Cold weather clothes- heavy coats, jackets, scarves, hats, cowboy hats, etc.

**you should always bring ALL TEAM COLORS WITH YOU. Keep them in your car!! Team colors are: DARK GREEN, RED, ORANGE, BLACK, PURPLE, ROYAL BLUE. (If you don’t have a specific color, bring a neutral option it its place.)

**RULES TO REMEMBER:

-DO NOT bring friends or family who are not booked to work with you to set. This is a closed set and guests/visitors are NOT allowed! You and your guest will be sent home without working if you bring someone to work with you.

-Leave your pets at home, they are not allowed on set and can NOT be left in your car! DO NOT LEAVE PETS IN YOUR CAR!!!

-Please DO NOT bring valuables (cameras, large sums of money, expensive jewelry, etc). to set with you. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen valuables, they are your responsibility.

-Absolutely NO CAMERAS or Video Equipment!! You WILL be sent home if you are caught with a camera/video camera on set. This is a CLOSED SET at all times and photography is strictly prohibited!!

-Please don’t approach the actors to ask for autographs. It disrupts their work day and could get you kicked off set.

-Be sure to show up on time

-Please DO NOT cancel at the last minute or simply not show up – you are hired to do a job and we count on you being responsible so that we can do our job properly. You are an important part of this scene today which is why we have hired you and if you don’t show up, it cause problems for the entire production and could cause you to not be hired again in the future for this or any On Location Casting project.
