Here are your BOOKING DETAILS for the Country Club Reality TV Show for SUNDAY – AUGUST 19th, 2012.

 

**YOU MUST READ THIS ENTIRE PAGE AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS! To make sure you do not miss anything important!!!!! If you are booked for work, please leave a confirmation post at the end of this message so that we know you picked up your work details. If you were booked – your booking is already confirmed, this is just so we know you got your details! (PLEASE don’t post AT ALL and don’t just show up if you are not booked for work. This note is for those who are already booked ONLY!!!)

 

**ALL CALL TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, SO YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST RE-CHECK THIS PAGE BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR WORK – TO MAKE SURE YOU HAVE THE CORRECT TIME!!!! If you are late there is a chance that you MAY be sent home so please be 10-15 minutes early for your start time! Please do NOT just be pulling into the parking lot at your call time or you WILL be late and we reserve the right to turn you away without pay! Please do not show up more than 15 minutes early as we do not have access to the location at that time. You MUST plan to be with us for 4-5 hours.

 

!!!Filming WILL take place rain or shine – regardless of the weather, so you are expected to show up if you were booked!! If it looks like bad weather, be sure to bring appropriate clothing and weather protection.

 

Everyone MUST report to set “camera-ready” with your hair & makeup (ladies ONLY) already done and ready to work. You will not have time to get ready once you arrive on set.

 

EVERYONE WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A COMPLETE I-9 FORM ATTACHED TO YOUR PAY VOUCHER. YOU MUST HAVE A PHOTO ID (Drivers License, Passport, Military ID, School ID –minors can have a School ID, School Report Card, or Hospital Record) AND YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER IN ORDER TO BE paid!! If you do not have a photo ID and know your social security number you will not be allowed to work. If you have your actual social security card, it is best to bring that or a copy of it. If you don’t at least know the number, you will not work!

 

SUGGESTION: BRING A WATER BOTTLE WITH YOU AND STAY HYDRATED. THERE IS NO BOTTLED WATER ON SET. WATER IS AROUND IN COOLERS FOR YOUR USE.

WARDROBE is as follows (Please read ALL instructions listed below and do the best you can to bring what is being requested!!!): **YOU MUST BRING SEVERAL OPTIONS OF CLOTHING AS DESCRIBED BELOW!~~PLEASE DO NOT SHOW UP EMPTY HANDED OR WITHOUT OPTIONS!!! GENERAL GUIDELINES: (NO LOGOS or Name Brands! NO RED!!! NO FLIPFLOPS!!)

 

Everyone should always wear your best (favorite) choice of specified wardrobe to set and make sure to bring 2-3 additional COMPLETE head to toe changes with you in a suitcase, garment bag, grocery sack, etc. Remember all layers and accessories that go with your outfits (shoes, jewelry, purses, belts, etc.) You are playing a character so please do the best you can to have fun with the clothing descriptions and look the part!! Please just do the best you can to bring options as close as possible to what is being requested.

 

ALL WARDROBE SHOULD BE CLEAN, PRESSED and ON HANGARS (preferably). PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE VALUABLES IN EXTRAS CHANGING as wardrobe will NOT hold your personal items for you. HIP RESTAURANT GOERS:  Please wear your first choice and bring 2-3 changes of HIP, fun, stylish fashionable clothing.The scene takes place in a hip, trendy bar that you would be dining out at after work. NO torn jeans or ratty clothing. Look SHARP and sexy but cool. Guys: dress shirts, crisp fashion t’s with no logos, slacks, dressy jeans, suits (if you have them), etc. Ladies: skirts, dresses, dress pants, fun blouses, heels, jewelry, etc. BRING A LOT OF OPTIONS!!

-Please don’t approach the actors to ask for autographs. It disrupts their work day and could get you kicked off set.

-Please DO NOT cancel at the last minute or simply not show up – you are hired to do a job and we count on you being responsible so that we can do our job properly. You are an important part of this scene today which is why we have hired you and if you don’t show up, it cause problems for the entire production and could cause you to not be hired again in the future for this or any On Location Casting project.

SURVEYORS: 

Muted colors- brown, beige, grey, burgundy, army green, dark green, navy blue, light blue… No bright colors

Do not bring all black, or any white

We like muted patterns- plaids, floral, stripes, prints

We like jeans or dark colored pants for both men and women.

We like grey, brown, or black shoes, sneakers ( not white) or cowboy boots.

We like western shirts and cowboy hats.

We like button front shirts, t-shirts and baseball caps but they cannot have a logo, sports team or copyrighted artwork.

If you have any work clothes (dickies and carhart are good reference brands) that are used and are within the above guidelines please bring them.

Clothing should be in light, PASTEL colors and can include: Guys: khakis, dress pants, polo shirts, button up shirts with a collar, button up plaid shirts, loafers, sports coats, suits, dress shoes, etc. Ladies: conservative dresses, skirts, blouses, cardigans, swaeter sets, pant suits, heels, jewelry, etc. Hair and makeup should be conservative. You should always look conservative, classy and well put together. LIGHT, PASTEL COLORS to the best of your ability. BRING OPTIONS!!

 

WAITERS: please wear black dress pants, black socks, black dress shoes, black belt, a crisp white long sleeve button down shirt with a collar. If you have different options on black and white “waiter” type clothing, please bring choices.  Please also bring one change of your Sunday best church attire.

**YOU MUST READ THIS ENTIRE PAGE AND FOLLOW ALL INSTRUCTIONS! To make sure you do not miss anything important!!!!! If you are booked for work, please leave a confirmation post at the end of this message so that we know you picked up your work details. If you were booked – your booking is already confirmed, this is just so we know you got your details! (PLEASE don’t post AT ALL and don’t just show up if you are not booked for work. This note is for those who are already booked!!!)

 

–We will NOT be in the office after 9:00pm so please DO NOT CANCEL as we will not be able to replace you at the last minute. If you do not show up for work on Thursday, we will probably NOT call you for work again!!–

EVERYONE WILL BE REQUIRED TO FILL OUT A COMPLETE I-9 FORM ATTACHED TO YOUR PAY VOUCHER. YOU MUST HAVE A PHOTO ID (Drivers License, Passport, Military ID, School ID –minors can have a School ID, School Report Card, or Hospital Record) AND YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY CARD -or- a US PASSPORT IN ORDER TO work and be paid!! If you do not have a photo ID and know your social security number you will not be allowed to work. You MUST have your actual social security card or a copy of it -or- your birth certificate!! NO expired identification!!

 

SUGGESTION: BRING A WATER BOTTLE WITH YOU AND STAY HYDRATED. THERE IS NO BOTTLED WATER ON SET. WATER IS AROUND IN COOLERS FOR YOUR USE. If you have special dietary needs, please bring what you might need during the day. Bring a book to read, a deck of cards or something to do during times when you are not filming.  Bring or wear sunscreen!!

MEN –  jeans, western shirts, small patterns/prints, plaids, t-shirts with NO LOGOS or emblems, polo shirts, tank tops, hoodies, button down shirts, cargo pants, cargo shorts, cowboy boots, tennis shoes (NO white!), cowboy hats, baseball hats are OK to wear/bring as long as they don’t have any logos or emblems.
